APTCA is managed by Social Organs elected among its members, for a consecutive 3-year mandate and constituted by: General Assembly (3 permanent, plus 3 substitutes), Managing Board (5 permanent, plus 5 substitutes), Supervisory Council (3 permanent, plus 3 substitutes). There is yet another Social Organ called Council of Delegates, who, in this Association and according to the Charter, has the same attributions that a General Assembly has in other Institutions. It is made up of 30 members, elected from election slates, through a proportional Hondt method. The Managing Boards are standing members of the Council, by virtue of office. The elected Delegates hold a 3 year-mandate, but it is an Organ independent from the other Social Organs. For the 2006/2009 3-year mandate the following Bodies were elected: 1. Supervisory Council Permanent President – Nuno Isabelinho Member – Pádua Member – Vanda Ribeiro   Substitutes Godinho Barros Lucílio Silva 4. Note. The members who are part of this Social Organ began their mandate in 2007 and will end it in 2010.
